Note that we publish affiliate disclosures inline, do not allow advertisers to review draft content, and do not adjust coverage in response to commercial pressure. If those terms are dealbreakers, we are not the site for you.

What we cannot do by email

We cannot provide legal advice. We cannot tell you whether your specific recording was lawful, whether your evidence will be admissible, or whether you have grounds for a complaint. Those are questions for a lawyer admitted in your jurisdiction. We are happy to point you toward the right primary sources to bring into that conversation.
